Gerling Laboratories has established a repair facility for motor controllers used in the SIEG line of micro and mini lathes and mills, including the mill table power drive, retailed by various vendors.

There are several different versions with this model number.

One uses a spade lug terminal connection.
Another has a "daughter" board with some of the circuit elements

The 110V and 230V versions have similar appearance
